Test Principle:This ATPase/GTPase BioAssay™ Kit offers a highly sensitive method for determining ATPase/GTPase activities in a microplate format. Its proprietary formulation features a single reagent for accurate determination of enzyme activity in 30 min at RT. The improved malachite green reagent forms a stable dark green color with liberated phosphate, which is measured on a plate reader (600-660nm).
Storage and Stability:Store powder at 4°C liquid at -20°C. Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
