特徴

• Ruxolitinib is a potent and selective Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitor with with IC50's of 2.7 and 4.5nm for JAK1 and JAK2, respectively. Displays clinically significant activity in myelofibrosis.

• Solubility:Souble in DMSO at 28mg/ml. Soluble in ethanol at 15mg/ml with warming; very poorly soluble in water; maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 25-50uM; buffers, serum or other additives may increase or decrease the aqueous solubility

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with DMSO or EtOH. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Light sensitive.
