TLR2/6 agonist; induces TNF-α production. Pam2CSK4 is a toll-like receptor 2/6 (TLR2/6) agonist. Induces TNF-α production in human mononuclear cells. Also induces proliferation and activation of mouse splenic B cells.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at RT for short-term only. Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
