特徴

• Lipoxygenase inhibitor; polyphenol-bearing o-dihydroxy (catechol) structure. Inhibitor of broad bean lipoxygenase. The oxidation product from Resveratrol showed a high inhibitory activity, whereas Resveratrol itself had no activity and its oxidation efficiency was low.
