• Anti-Myocardial IgG Antibody Qualitative ELISA Kit (Human) is for the qualitative determination of human anti-myocardial antibody (IgG) concentrations in serum.
• Principle of the Assay:This ELISA Kit employs the qualitative enzyme immunoassay technique. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with antigen. Samples are pipetted into the wells with anti-human IgG conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). Any antibodies specific for the antigen present will bind to the pre-coated antigen. Following a wash to remove any unbound reagent, a substrate solution is added to the wells and color develops in proportion to the amount of human Anti-Myocardial IgG Antibody bound in the initial step. The color development is stopped and the intensity of the color is measured.
• Specificity:This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of human Anti-Myocardial IgG Antibody. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between human Anti-Myocardial IgG Antibody and analogues was observed
• Note: Limited by current skills and knowledge, it is impossible for us to complete the crossreactivity detection between human Anti-Myocardial IgG Antibody and all the analogs. Therefore, crossreaction may still exist.

• Storage and Stability:Store all kit components at 4°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. Once opened, the kit is stable for 2 weeks providing this is within the expiration date of the kit. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
