特徴

• uGT1A1 is also known as uDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1-1. uGT1A1 is of major importance in the conjugation and subsequent elimination of potentially toxic xenobiotics and endogenous compounds. It is also able to catalyze glucuronidation of 17 beta-estradiol, 17 alpha-ethinylestradiol, 1-hydroxypyrene, 4-methylumbelliferone, 1-naphthol, paranitrophenol, scopoletin, and umbelliferone.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
