特徴

• TnaA, is also known as Tryptophanase/L-cysteine desulfhydrase. Tryptophanase is an enzyme that catalyzes the chemical reaction. Thus, the two substrates of this enzyme are L-tryptophan and H2O, whereas its 3 products are indole, pyruvate, and NH3.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-494 from E.coli tnaA, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~55.2kD (494aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
