特徴

• Succinate dehydrogenase assembly factor 1, also known as SDHAF1, plays an essential role in succinate dehydrogenase complex (SDH) assembly, a complex involved in complex II of the mitochondrial electron transport chain. Probably this protein acts by participating in mitochondrial biosynthesis of iron-sulfur centers for complex II.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-115 from human SDHAF1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~15.2kD (138aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
