特徴

• POR, also known as NADPH--cytochrome P450 reductase, is a flavoprotein that donates electrons to all microsomal P450 enzymes. POR is localized to the endoplasmic reticulum, where it is also able to transfer electrons to heme oxygenase and cytochrome b5. It is structurally related to two separate flavoprotein families, ferredoxin nucleotide reductase and flavodoxin.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-680 from human POR, fused to His-tag at C-terminus, expressed in Insect cells.
• Molecular Weight:~77.9kD (686aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
