特徴

• POLR2F is the sixth largest subunit of RNA polymerase II, the polymerase responsible for synthesizing messenger RNA in eukaryotes, that is also shared by the other two DNA-directed RNA polymerases. In yeast, this polymerase subunit, in combination with at least two other subunits, forms a structure that stabilizes the transcribing polymerase on the DNA template.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-127 from human POLR2F, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~16.9kD (150aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
