• NDuFS5 is a member of the NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) iron-sulfur protein family. This protein is a subunit of the NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I), the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain located in the inner mitochondrial membrane.
• Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa1-106 from human NDuFS5 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~14.9kD (129aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
