特徴

• NDFIP1 belongs to a small group of evolutionarily conserved proteins with three transmembrane domains. It is a potential target for ubiquitination by the Nedd4 family of proteins. This protein is thought to be part of a family of integral Golgi membrane proteins.
• Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa1-116 from human NDFIP1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~14.8kD (139aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF (Molecular size on SDS-PAGE will appear higher)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
