特徴

• N6AMT1 is a member of methyltransferase family, may be involved in the methylation of release factor I during translation termination. This protein is also involved in converting the arsenic metabolite monomethylarsonous acid to the less toxic dimethylarsonic acid. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-214 from human N6ATM1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~25.3kD (237aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
