特徴

• MAGED1, also known as Melanoma-associated antigen D1, is expressed in almost all normal adult tissues. It has been demonstrated to be involved in the p75 neurotrophin receptor mediated programmed cell death pathway. It has been involved in Prader-Willi syndrome, which includes hyperphagia, repetitive and compulsive behaviors and cognitive impairment.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa504-760 from human MAGED1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~31.7kD (280aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
