特徴

• Lck-interacting transmembrane adapter 1 precursor, also known as LIME1, was previously characterized as a transmembrane adaptor protein mediating TCR-dependent T cell activation. LIME1 becomes tyrosine phosphorylated after cross-linking of the CD4 or CD8 coreceptors. Phospho-LIME1 associates with the Src family kinase Lck and its negative regulator, Csk.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa28-295 from human LIME1, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~30.8kD (291aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
