特徴

• KIAA0513, also known as uncharacterized protein KIAA0513, is highly expressed in the brain cortex, cerebellum, hippocampus, amygdala, pons and putamen. As the expression is high in neurons, KIAA0513 is also present in glial cells. In schizophrenic patients, higher levels are observed in the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex as compared to control patients.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
