• HLA class I histocompatibility antigen, alpha chain F isoform 1 precursor, also known as HLA-F, is member of the MHC family that are specifically involved in the presentation of antigens to the T cell receptor. There are two classes of HLA antigens. HLA-F, belong to the Class I molecules. Class I molecules are expressed in nearly all cells and play a central role in the immune system by presenting peptides derived from the endoplasmic reticulum.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa22-305 from human HLA-F, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~35.1kD (307aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
