特徴

• NS5A is a component of the replication complex involved in RNA-binding. Its interaction with human VAPB may target the viral replication complex to vesicles. This protein down-regulates viral IRES translation initiation and mediates interferon resistance, presumably by interacting with and inhibiting human EIF2AK2/PKR. NS5a seems to inhibit apoptosis by interacting with BIN1 and FKBP8. The hyperphosphorylated form of NS5A is an inhibitor of viral replication.

• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
