特徴

• GORASP2, also known as golgi reassembly-stacking protein 2, plays a role in the assembly and membrane stacking of the Golgi cisternae, and in the process by which Golgi stacks reform after mitotic breakdown. It may regulate the intracellular transport and presentation of a defined set of transmembrane proteins, such as transmembrane TGFA.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-452 from human GORASP2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~49.5kD (475aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
