特徴

• EREG, also known as epiregulin, is a member of the epidermal growth factor family. It can function as a ligand of EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor), as well as a ligand of most members of the ERBB (v-erb-b2 oncogene homolog) family of tyrosine-kinase receptors. It may be a mediator of localized cell proliferation. As a mitogen it may stimulate cell proliferation and/or angiogenesis.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa63-108 from human EREG, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
