特徴

• ELAVL2 is a neural-specific RNA-binding protein that is known to bind to several 3' uTRs, including its own and also that of FOS and ID. This protein may recognize a GAAA motif in the RNA. Three transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-346 from human ELAVL2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~40.4kD (369aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
