特徴

• DPH3P1 may represent a processed pseudogene of DPH3 because it lacks the exon/intron structure found in the functional gene. However, it does contain an intact open reading frame and it has not been established that the predicted protein is not translated.
• Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa1-78 from human DPH3P1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~11.1kD (101aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
