特徴

• Casein kinases are operationally defined by their preferential utilization of acidic proteins such as caseins as substrates. It can phosphorylate a large number of proteins. CSNK1A1 participates in Wnt signaling and phosphorylates CTNNB1 at 'Ser-45'. It may play a role in segregating chromosomes during mitosis.
• Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa1-337 from human CSNK1a1 protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.

• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
