特徴

• Centromere protein P, also known as CENPP, is component of the CENPA-CAD (nucleosome distal) complex, a complex recruited to centromeres which is involved in assembly of kinetochore proteins, mitotic progression and chromosome segregation. This protein may be involved in incorporation of newly synthesized CENPA into centromeres via its interaction with the CENPA-NAC complex.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-288 from human CENPP, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~35.3kD (308aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
