特徴

• CMRF35-like molecule 2 precursor, also known as CD300E, is a 205aa single-pass type I membrane protein that contains one Ig-like V-type (immunoglobulin-like) domain and belongs to the CD300 family. Interacting with DAP12, CD300E most likely functions as an activating receptor. CD300E is present on the surface of mature hematopoietic cells of the monocyte and myeloid lineages.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa18-173 from human CD300E, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~19.9kD (179aa)
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
