特徴

• B9D2 contains a B9 domain protein, which are exclusively found in ciliated organisms. This protein is upregulated during mucociliary differentiation, and the encoded protein localizes to basal bodies and cilia. Disrupting expression of this gene results in ciliogenesis defects.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-175 from human B9D2, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~21.6kD (198aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
