特徴

• ANG, as known as Angiogenin, belongs to RNase A family. This protein is an exceedingly potent mediator of new blood vessel formation. It hydrolyzes cellular tRNAs resulting in decreased protein synthesis and is similar to pancreatic ribonuclease.
• Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa25-147 from human ANG protein, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.

• Enzyme Activity:Not determined. This product is recommended for use in applications that do not require a catalytically active form of the protein.
