特徴

• ACP6, also known as Iysophosphatidic acid phosphatase type 6, hydrolyzes lysophosphatidic acid (LPA) containing a medium length fatty acid chain to the corresponding monoacylglycerol. Has highest activity with lysophosphatidic acid containing myristate (C14:0), monounsaturated oleate (C18:1) or palmitate (C16:0), and lower activity with C18:0 and C6:0 lysophosphatidic acid.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa33-428 from human ACP6, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~47.7kD (419aa)
• Enzyme Activity:Specific activity is >70units/mg, and is defined as the amount of enzyme that hydrolyzes p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP) per minute at pH 5.0 and 37°C.
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
