特徴

• ACBD6 contains 1 ACB (acyl-CoA-binding) domain and 2 ANK repeats. This protein binds long-chain acyl-coenzyme A molecules with a strong preference for unsaturated C18:1 CoA, lower affinity for unsaturated C20:4-CoA, and very weak affinity for saturated C16:0-CoA. It does not bind fatty acids.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-282 from human ACBD6, fused to His-tag at N-terminus, expressed in E.coli.
• Molecular Weight:~33.5kD (305aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF
• Applications:Suitable for use in SDS-PAGE. Other applications not tested.
• Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
