A cell-permeable, thiadiazole-pyridazine compound that acts as an inhibitor of Stearoyl-CoA Desaturase 1 (SCD1) with an IC50 of 2.3nM. In vivo, it exhibits an ED50 of 1-3mg/kg, p.o., in mouse liver PD assays.
