A highly potent and selective dopamine D1-like receptor antagonist with a Ki of 0.2 and 0.3nM for the D1 and D5 dopamine receptor subtypes, respectively. Also an agonist at 5-HT1C and 5-HT2C receptors in vitro (Ki values are 6.3nM and 9.3nM respectively).
