特徴

• A cocktail of three phosphatase inhibitors for the inhibition of both serine/threonine and alkaline phosphatases. Available as a 1ml vial or as a set of five 1ml vials. Each vial contains a 1ml solution with the following components: 500uM Cantharidin, 2.5mM (-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate, and 1uM Calyculin A, Discodermia calyx.
• Kit Components:(-)-p-Bromotetramisole oxalate: Molecular weight: 373.2, 1X2.5mM. Target Phosphatases: Alkaline phosphatasesCantharidin: Molecular weight:196.2, 1X500uM. Target Phosphatases: Ser/Thr phosphatases (PP2A)Calyculin A, Discodermia calyx: Molecular weight: 1009.2, 1X1uM. Target Phosphatases: Ser/Thr phosphatases (PP1 and PP2A)
• Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
