特徴

• A highly selective antagonist for the beta-2 adrenergic receptors. Binds to the beta-2 subtype with at least 100 times greater affinity than beta-1 or beta-3, the two other known subtypes of the beta adrenoceptor. (Ki values are 1.2, 120 and 257nM for beta-2, beta-1 and beta-3 receptors respectively).

Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
