特徴

• A cell-permeable pyrimidoquinoline-dione compound that acts as an efficient Hdm2 E3 ligase inhibitor, prevents Hdm2-mediated p53 ubiquitination and increases the cellular levels of both p53 and Hdm2 (IC50 ~3uM in RPE cells). Shown to selectively arrest the growth of several tumor cells in a p53-dependent manner and display desirable aqueous solubility.
