One of the most frequently used agent for assessing the functional roles of mGlu7 receptors in a variety of brain functions (i.e. sleep pattern, learning and memory, and locomotion) and disorders (i.e. depression, anxiety, and Parkinsons disease). Induces internalization of mGlu7 receptors. Also acts onnMDA, AMPA, 5-HT receptors and norepinephrine transporter.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or dH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
