• Endotoxin Removal Capacity:Will remove 50,000EU/cm2 of dried endotoxin from microwell surfaces and render them negative to a LAL test.
• Simple Protocol:Microconcentrator Columns:Step 1 - Fill all parts of columns with 0.4X Endotoxin Cleaning Solution
• Step 2 - Incubate at RT for 1 hour
• Step 3 - Decant Endotoxin Cleaning Solution and rinse all surfaces three times with pyrogen-free water
• Step 4 - Fill sample reservoirs with pyrogen-free water and centrifuge according to the manufacturer’s specifications
• Step 5 - Measure absorbance A205nm until the rinse water is the same as the pyrogen-free water, repeating as often as necessary.
• Storage and Stability:For long-term storage, aliquot and store at RT. Handle and store under inert gas. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt.
