特徴

• Human interleukin-8 (IL-8) is an 8.4kD protein containing 72 amino acid residues. It promotes neutrophil chemotaxis and degranulation. The 72 amino acid IL-8 is the predominant form secreted by monocytes and lymphocytes.
• Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human IL-8 expressed in E. coli.
• Biological Activity:Determined by its ability to chemoattract human peripheral blood neutrophils using a concentration range of 10.0-100.0ng/ml.

• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer or ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
