Receptor for interleukin-33 (IL-33). Its stimulation recruits MYD88, IRAK1, IRAK4 and TRAF6 followed by phosphorylation of MAPK3/ERK1 and/or MAPK1/ERK2, MAPK14 and MAPK8 by similarity. Possibly involved in helper T cell function.

Biological Activity:Measured by its ability to bind recombinant human IL-33 in a functional ELISA.

Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile buffer. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
