特徴
- FGF-2 plays an important role in the regulation of angiogenesis, cell survival, cell division, wound healing and tissue repair, embryonic development, cell differentiation and cell migration, neuronal function and neural degeneration. It functions as potent mitogen in vitro.

- Biological Activity:The ED50 for stimulation of cell proliferation in human umbilical vein endothelial cells by human FGF-2 (basic) has been determined to be in the range of 0.1-2ng/ml.

- Storage and Stability:Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
