This product should be used as the control protein for activity tests of fusion proteins including mouse target proteins and mouse IgG2a-Fc domains. Non-lytic: Mutations to the complement (C1q) and FcgR I binding sites of the IgGs Fc fragment render the proteins incapable of antibody directed cytotoxicity (ADCC) and complement directed cytotoxicity (CDC).

Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
