特徴

• Soluble, stable and more potent angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) variant.
• Recombinant protein corresponding to human angiopoietin-1, fused at the N-terminus to the coiled-coil domain of rat COMP (cartilage oligomeric matrix protein) and FLAG-tag, expressed in CHO cells.
• Molecular Weight:~35kD (SDS-PAGE)
• Endotoxin:≤0.05EU/ug purified protein (LAL)
• Biological Activity:More potent than native angiopoietin-1. The protein forms tetrameric structures.
• Storage and Stability:Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 6 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
