Signal regulatory protein-alpha (SIRP-alpha), also known as Tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type substrate 1, CD172a, Bit, and MyD-1. This protein acts as a receptor for CD47; aa27-370 correspond to the extracellular portion of SIRP-alpha. *Note: SIRP-alpha is heavily glycosylated, resulting in apparent higher molecular weight.
Recombinant protein corresponding to aa27-370 with C-Terminal His-Tag from human SIRP-alpha, expressed in HEK293 expression system.
Applications:Suitable for use in studying protein binding and screening small molecules. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
