Recombinant human proteins TAK1 (1-303), with N-terminal GST-tag, and TAB1 (437-end), with N-terminal GST-tag,, linked by a small peptide (DFGGGGG), with N-terminal GST-tag,, were expressed by Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.using an N-terminal GST tag.
Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to human TAK1-TAB1 at N-terminal, fused to GST-tag expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
Molecular Weight:~74kD
Assay Conditions:Assay was performed in a kinase buffer containing 0.2mM DTT using MBP substrate (0.1mg/ml) and 100mM ATP. Reaction was done at 30oC for 35 min.
Application:Useful for studying enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
