Human DNA polymerase gamma, also known as Pol gamma and POLG (GenBank Accession# NM_002693), aa2-1239 (end), with N-terminal His-tag and N-terminal FLAG-tag, MW: 141kD, expressed in a baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Application:Useful for DNA synthesis and DNA repair, as an antigen for Western Blot, and for inhibitor screening. Other applications not tested.
Storage and Stability:Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap
