Sinapine, is an alkaloidal amine found in black mustard seeds. It is the choline ester of Sinapic Acid. It is also a phenolic-chloine conjugates, acting as anti-oxidants and acetylcholinesterase inhibitors, that can be used for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease (AD).
Storage and Stability:Long-term storage is recommended at -20°C. Stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Hygroscopic. Store under inert atmophere.
