特徴

• Inhibitor of BCRP-mediated multidrug resistance. Chemosensitizing agent; selectively reverses BCRP-mediated multidrug resistance to mitoxantrone, doxorubicin and topotecan in transfected MCF-7 cells. Does not reverse resistance in P-gp- or MRP-positive cells.

Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
