SH3 domain-binding glutamic acid-rich-like protein 3, also known as SH3BGRL3, is located to chromosome 1p34.3-35 encodes for a small protein of 93 amino acids. SH3BGRL3 is the new member of thioredoxin (TRX) super family, whose posttranslational modified form was identified as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) inhibitory protein. It may function as a regulator in all-trans retinoic acid-induced pathway.
Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa1-93 from human SH3BGRL3 at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E.coli.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
