NADH dehydrogenase [ubiquinone] iron-sulfur protein 3, also known as NDUFS3, belongs to the complex I 30kD subunit family. The multisubunit NADH:ubiquinone oxidoreductase (complex I) is the first enzyme complex in the electron transport chain of mitochondria. The iron-sulfur protein (IP) fraction of complex I is made up of 7 subunits.
Source:Recombinant protein corresponding to aa37-264 from human NDUFS3 at N-terminal, fused to His-tag expressed in E.coli.
Storage and Stability:May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
