SESN2 is a member of the sestrin family of PA26-related proteins. The protein may function in the regulation of cell growth and survival. This protein may be involved in cellular response to different stress conditions.
Source:Recombinant corresponding to aa2-480 from human Sestrin2, fused to FLAG-tag at N-terminal, expressed in Sf9 insect cells via a baculovirus expression system.
Molecular Weight:~55kD
Applications:Suitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution:Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
