Test Principle:The Hsp90a inhibitor screening assay kit comes in a convenient 384-well format, with purified Hsp90a enzyme, FITC-labeled geldanamycin, and Hsp90a assay buffer for 400 enzyme reactions. The key to the Hsp90a Assay Kit is the fluorescently labeled geldanamycin. Using this kit, only one simple step on a microtiter plate is required for Hsp90a reactions. The FITC-labeled geldanamycin is incubated with a sample containing Hsp90a enzyme to produce a change in fluorescent polarization that can then be measured using a fluorescence reader.
Storage and Stability:Store other components at 4°C. Stable for at least 6 months For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
